Kerry Klippen / Kerry Cliffs

Die Kerry Klippen sind zwar nicht annähernd so hoch wie die Croaghaun Klippen (688 m) oder die Slieve Leagues (601 m), überragen mit 305 Metern aber deutlich die weitaus bekannteren Klippen von Moher (214 m). Der Zutritt führt über privates Land, für den Eintritt bezahlen wir fünf Euro pro Person. Vom Parkplatz geht es noch ein Stück nach oben, bis wir zu den beiden Aussichtspunkten kommen. Und die Aussicht ist wirklich beeindruckend. Hier der Blick nach Süden.

The Kerry Cliffs are by far not as high as the Croaghaun Cliffs (688 m) or the Slieve Leagues (601 m), but surpass with 305 metres considerably the much better known Cliffs of Moher (214 m). The access goes over private land, we pay an entrance fee of five euros apiece. From the parking place there is still some walk uphill until we reach the two viewpoints. And the view is really impressive. Here the view to the south.
