Kirche zum Hl. Johannes / St. John's Church

Die Kirche zum Hl. Johannes wurde in den 1810ern von der Church of Ireland gebaut. Das Geld dafür kam aus den Abgaben, die von katholischen Bauern eingehoben wurden ("First Fruits"). In den 1960ern wurde die Kirche geschlossen und verfiel. Teile der Kacheln im Inneren sind aber noch gut erhalten geblieben.

St. John's Church was built in the 1810s by the Church of Ireland. The necessary money came from the tithe that Catholic farmers had to pay ("First Fruits"). In the 1960s the church was closed and fell into disrepair. Parts of the tile works in the inside are still well preserved.
