Vom Dolmen aus haben wir einen guten Blick über den Lough Nahaltora (Loch na hAltóra). Die Schautafel erklärt uns, dass im Moor um den See und im See die Stümpfe von 4500 Jahre alten Bäumen zu finden sind ("...eines der besten Beispiele eines uralten Waldes...").
From the site of the dolmen we have a good view over Lough Nahaltora (Loch na hAltóra). The panel tells us that in the cutaway bog around the lake and in the lake the stumps of 4500 year old trees can be found ("...one of the best examples of an ancient forest...").
