Neben den Formal Gardens liegt ein kleiner Friedhof. Bei der Einleitung am Anfang unseres Besuchs erzählt uns der Besitzer, dass hier keltische Kreuze aus frühchristlicher Zeit gefunden wurden. Aber keiner der Experten kann erklären, warum sie nur 20 bis 30 Zentimeter groß sind.
On one side of the Formal Gardens there is a small cemetery. During the introduction at the beginning of our visit the owner tells us that here Celtic crosses from the early Christian period were found. But none of the experts can explain why these crosses are only 20 to 30 centimetres high.
