Fluss Barrow / River Barrow
Der Fluss Barrow (An Bhearú) ist der zweitlängste Fluss Irlands. Er entspringt im Glenbarrow in den Slieve Bloom Mountains und vereinigt sich nach 192 Kilometern kurz vor New Ross mit dem Fluss Suir.
Der Fluss Barrow ist ab Athy über einen Zweig des Grand Canals mit Dublin verbunden.
The River Barrow (An Bhearú) is the second longest river of Ireland. It rises in the Glenbarrow in the Slieve Bloom Mountains and joins the River Suir after 192 kilometres shorty before New Ross.
Beginning in Athy, the River Barrow is connected to Dublin by a branch of the Grand Canal.
