Das Gerichtsgebäude wurde in den 1840ern im neuklassizistischen Stil vom Architekten John Benjamin Keane (? - 1859) errichtet. Ab 1898 wurde das Gebäude auch für den Landesrat von North Tipperary verwendet. 2005 zog der Landesrat in neugebaute Büros um und das Gerichtsgebäude wurde generalsaniert.
The Court House was built in the 1840s in neoclassical style by the architect John Benjamin Keane (? - 1859). From 1898 on the building was also used for the County Council of North Tipperary. In 2005 the Council moved to newly built offices and the Court House was refurbished.
