Dundalk

Während unsere ersten Reise nach Irland 1994 übernachten wir einmal In Dundalk (Dún Dealgan - die Festung von Dalgan) - mehr durch Zufall, weil uns das Reisebüro hier ein Zimmer bucht. 2015 beschließen wir, uns die Stadt und die Umgebung endlich näher anzusehen. (Das Hotel von damals gibt es noch, steht aber zum Verkauf.)

During our first tour through Ireland in 1994 we stay overnight once in Dundalk (Dún Dealgan - fortress of Dalgan) - more by coincident, as the travel agency had booked us a room here. In 2015 we decide to give the town and the area around it a closer look. (The hotel from then is still there, but offered for sale.)
