Rundturm / Round Tower

Der Rundturm aus dem 9. Jahrhundert ist der einzige Überrest des Klosters der Hl. Briga. Mit knappen 10 Meter Höhe ist er vermutlich nur mehr halb so groß wie nach seiner Erbauung.

The round tower from the 9th century is the only vestige of the nunnery of St. Briga. With close to 10 metres in height it is presumable only half as high as it was after construction.
