Unser Besuch beginnt beim St. Patrick Zentrum. Es wurde 2001 eröffnet und zeigt eine permanente Ausstellung, die dem Leben und Wirken des Schutzheiligen von Irland gewidmet ist. Hier ist auch das Ende des Sankt Patrick Weges, einem Pilgerpfad, der von der Stadt Armagh über Newry und die Mourne Mountains bis nach Downpatrick führt.
Our visit starts at the St. Patrick's Centre. It was opened in 2011 and shows a permanent exhibition devoted to the life and work of the patron saint of Ireland. Here is also the end of the St. Patrick's Way, a pilgrim path leading from the city of Armagh over Newry and the Mourne Mountains to Downpatrick.
