Der Vorratsraum einer Burg war meist im untersten Geschoß, weil es dort üblicherweise kühler war. Die Bodensteine und das Deckengewölbe stammen aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, mussten jedoch restauriert werden. Der Mast des Segelbootes ist ein Symbol für die Fischerei, die eine Haupteinnahmequelle der O'Donnells war.

The pantry of a castle was often in the lowest floor, as this was usually the coolest room. The stones on the floor and the dome of the ceiling are from the 15th century, however had to be restored. The mast of the sailing ship is a symbol for fishery, the main source of income for the O'Donnells.
