Nachdem die Gesetze zur Gleichberechtigung der Katholiken erlassen worden waren, konnte in den 1830ern eine neue Kirche gebaut werden, die das schilfgedeckte Messhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ersetzte.

After the laws for the emancipation of the Catholics were enacted, in the 1830s a new church could be built, replacing the reed-covered mass house from the 17th century.
