Altes Pfarrhaus / Old Glebe Tower House

Bis zum 18. Jahrhundert wohnte der Priester der Kirche zum Hl. Finian im Turm neben der Kirche. Dann durfte er in das neu errichtete Haus nebenan umziehen. Das Haus dient zwar heute nicht mehr als Pfarrhaus, kann aber in den Monaten Mai, Juni und August von Montag bis Samstag, 10 bis 14 Uhr besichtigt werden.
Am gleichen Gründstück stehen auch die Ruinen eines der sechs Turmhäuser, die im 14. Jahrhundert errichtet wurden.
Until the 18th century the priest of St. Finian's Church lived in the tower of the church. Then he could move into the newly built house nearby. The house does no longer serve as glebe, but can be visited in May, June and August, from Monday to Saturday, 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.
On the same premises stand the ruins of one of the six tower houses that were built in the 14th century.
