Ein Teil des Parks ist am Plan beim Eingang als "Arboretum" angeschrieben. Und obwohl es im Park viele Bäume gibt, sind sie hier eher spärlich gepflanzt. Das Arboretum in Kilmacurragh ist da deutlich eindrucksvoller. Aber St. Stephen's Green ist ja auch ein Park zum Erholen in der großen Stadt und keine wissenschaftliche Einrichtung. Und für die Kleinen gibt es einen großen Spielplatz zum Austoben.
A part of the park is marked as "Arboretum" on the plan at the entrance. And although there are many trees in the park, here they are rather sparsely planted. The arboretum in Kilmacurragh is much more impressive. On the other hand, St. Stephen's Green is a place to relaxe in the big city and not a scientific institution. And for the youngsters there is a large playground to have a good romp.
