An der Wand gegenüber dem Haupteingang hängt ein Gedenkstein für den letzten der irischen Barden, Turlough O'Carolan (Thoirdhealbhch O Cearbhallain, 1670-1738). Das Grab von Carolan liegt aber nicht hier in der Kathedrale, sondern in der Ortschaft Keadew.
On the wall opposite the main entrance hangs a memorial for the last of the Irish Bards, Turlough O'Carolan (Thoirdhealbhch O Cearbhallain, 1670-1738). The grave of Carolan, however, is not here in the cathedral, but in the village of Keadew.
