Der wohl wichtigste Export in Sachen Musik aus Kilfenora ist die Kilfenora Céilí Band. Sie wurde ursprünglich gegründet, um Gelder zur Abbezahlung der Kirchenschulden aufzubringen. Nachdem sie in den 1950ern drei Mal hintereinander das Musikfestival All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil gewonnen hatten, wurden sie international berühmt und zählen heute zu den wichtigsten und erfolgreichsten Musikgruppen Irlands.
Unter der Leitung der Band formierten sich 2014 im Rahmen des Kilfenora Trad Music Festival etwa 280 Musiker für wenige Minuten zur größten Céilí Band der Welt und stellten damit einen Weltrekord auf.
Im Burren Center in Kilfenora ist der Band eine Ausstellung gewidmet, die am 20. März 2015 vom irischen Präsidenten Michael Higgins und seiner Frau Sabina eröffnet wurde.
The surely most important export in the category of music from Kilfenora is the Kilfenora Céilí Band. It was originally founded to raise money for paying the parish's debts. After the band won the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil for three times in a row in the 1950s, it became internationally renowned and today counts among the most important and most successful musical bands of Ireland.
In 2014 during the Kilfenora Trad Music Festival about 280 musicians gathered under the lead of the band to become for a few minutes the largest Céilí band of the world setting up a new world record.
In the Burren Center in Kilfenora an exhibition is dedicated to the band that was opened by Ireland's President Michael Higgins and Mrs. Sabina Higgins on March 20th, 2015.
